You agree not to hold Sundrica and its employees against all liabilities, legal fees, damages, losses, costs and other expenses in relation to any claims or actions brought against Sundrica arising out of any breach by you of these Terms and Conditions or other liabilities arising out of your use of this Website.
6. ORDERING TIMES
Sundrica will always try to help you even at last minute notice, but we can not quaranty. We would appreciate if you would follow the below ordering times as much as possible : To ensure prompt next day delivery, for most of the menu you need to place your order by 2pm on the previous working day. Exceptions for ordering: Fork Menu – 48h in advance Luxury Fork Menu – 48h in advance Whole Cakes – by 10am (Mon-Fri) for next working day delivery Special Menus and Special Sizes of Cakes – 72h in advance Canapés – 72h in advance Should you wish to cancel your order, 24 h notice is required for the full refund. For cancellations notice under 24 h you would be charged liable for the full value of your order. 7. OUR DISHES
Your food will be dispatched to you on trays or ceramic dishes in food boxes, which will maintain the temperature of the food. Our dishes and boxes will be collected on the next working day after the catering. Please note that we do not ask for deposit, but should you lose our dishes or food boxes, you will be liable for replacing them or paying for their full replacement value.
8. ALLERGIES
Prepared food may contain nuts, egg, milk and other allergens. If you have special dietary requirements please let us know and we will try to accommodate you.
9. AVAILIBILITY
Very rarely menu items will be out of stock. If this occurs, Sundrica will contact you directly to discuss your requirements further and help you select alternative items to compliment your order.
10. PRICING
The prices given throughout this site should be used as a guideline only. Sundrica reserves the right to change any displayed prices without prior notice. All of our menu prices exclude VAT, it will then be charged where applicable in keeping with current VAT regulations.
11. PAYMENT
We require all first orders be settled on the time of the order by cash, credit card or BACS. Following successful completion of your first order, we will be happy to set up a credit account. The payment terms are strictly 30 days from the date of invoice.
12. DELIVERY
We deliver within M25. Delivery is free within West London (W6, W4, W14, SW6,SW13, W12). Orders for City and Central London: Charge of £15 will apply to orders under £150 If you are located elsewhere in London, for all order under £150, there will be small charge. Please contact us for more information.
13. BY LAWS OF ENGLAND AND WALES
This terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales and that all parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
